About
Welcome to the St Michael's basketball camp, designed to provide players with a solid foundation in the fundamentals of the game. We'll focus on honing essential skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding, and defense. Through engaging drills and exciting activities, players will develop their basketball IQ and learn the importance of teamwork and fair play.
Schedule:
9:00am - warm-up and fundamental skills
10:00am - shooting and scoring
11:00am - defense and rebounding
12:00pm - lunch break
12:30pm - scrimmages and game play
1:30pm - skill development stations
2:30pm - cool-down and review
3:00pm - camp concludes
Lunch and snacks are provided.
Students should bring:
o Water bottle - to stay hydrated throughout the day
o Athletic clothing - comfortable shorts, t-shirt, and socks
o Basketball shoes - non-marking indoor shoes
